Crucified into a new Creation apart from the World!

What is it that draws us in?  Why do we fall to the pleasures?   This world has run amuck of the Lord God’s intention and we have a way of buying into the state of Chaos.  Good thing we have a God who loves us and wants to save us from ourselves.  Good thing we have a savior that willing was crucified for our willingness to accept the world.  Good thing by believing in that Savior by his resurrection we have a new life apart from this world run amuck.

Gal 6: 14May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation.

The world is dead to us, we are made dead to the world, and we are made into a new creation.

Through the whole Letter to the Church of Galatia, Paul has pointed out that they are to act different than the world. Christ not false teaching. Grace not law. Freedom not sin. Spirit not flesh. We must recognize that we are different.
